As an enterprise specializing in producing and processing coffee, with the main product lines: instant coffee, roasted coffee, 3 in 1 coffee mix and ground coffee, An Thai satisfied all the quality and quantity for the demand of customers. Each year, the Company produces nearly 2,000 tons of coffee of all kinds and exported to lots of markets: Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, India, Russia, and Spain.

Up to now, the Company has invested over VND 200 billion to purchase equipments, modern production lines, Europe processing technology and especially instant coffee factory with the capacity of 2000 tons instant coffee,5000 tons roasted coffee ground, 2000 tons 3 in 1 coffee mix

In the last 2 years, our company also aims to implement a sustainable coffee development program under a closed process of "planting - caring - harvesting - purchasing - producing commercial coffee". We have tested a sustainable coffee development process of about 200 ha in Ea Tu commune (Buon Ma Thuot City), Krong Ana district and Dak Mil district (Dak Nong province), with 20 households participating. According to this process, all stages from planting, tending to harvesting… are guided by the professional and caring staffs of the Company.

 

Through good internal strength foundation, professional, modern and active production processes in input materials, AnThai coffee products has always asserted its position with the consumers. Currently, AnThai time is one of five enterprises that have factories process instant coffee of the whole country, creating permanent jobs for 200 local workers, with average income 4 million /months. Specially, fertilizer products used for sustainable coffee plantation due to company invested in production from raw material of soluble coffee grounds, have been destroyed all bacteria (through the extraction process under high temperature and pressure), therefore it can avoid contamination from bacteria when manure for plants; raw materials for fertilizer production are available, price is not high with good quality, so many farmers believed and used in the domestic market.

This is also favorable conditions for AnThai to invest and develop sustainable coffee at present and in the long time. It contribute to put sustainable coffee plantation that company invested develop well, with high productivity and output , reaching 4 to 5 tons / hectare / year. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Loi, Director of the Company said, developing sustainable coffee under closed process contribute to improve the efficiency of production units, as well as increase income for farmers. To ensure the rights of people involved in this production chain, the company purchased the product price higher than the market 800 to 1,000 VND / kg. The closed production process also helps company to control better input quality, this is the decisive factor succeeded in conquering some difficult markets such as Japan, South Korea. Intends in the future, AnThai will expand the area of sustainable coffee development to expand the international market.
